The Young and New Worker Orientation resource helps Saskatchewan employers familiarize new and young workers to workplace safety.

Many young and new workers do not receive the training or orientation they need to do the job safely. Employers who provide orientation and listen to workers are more likely to prevent injuries because workers are more likely to express fears and ask questions.
